Roborock Empty Wash Fill Dock, Self-Washing, Self-Emptying, Self-Refilling, Self-Cleaning, App-Controlled, Suitable for Roborock S7 MaxV, S7 MaxV Plus, and S7 MaxV Ultra Robot Vacuums

This is my first vacuum robot. Decided to buy with a dock in order to get the best product in the market.Turned out it’s even better then expected. No issues found with dock station. It cleans the mop and refills the water as good as my fiancé.I had some concerns with leaving the mop wet but robot docks with its front so mop is always hangs in the air behind and doesn’t touch the floor and dries out by itself.Robot itself has one improvement that I’ve spotted. After two days of use it has scratches. When robot gently hits on obstacle it rotates in place and sometimes sometimes scratches back. I think software engineers should keep robot 1 inch away from the obstacle.

I have the Roborock S6 MaxV for about 2.5 years and, although it is a great machine, I needed to babysit all the time. Need to constantly wash the mopping cloth, uninstall the mopping system to vacuum the carpet, emptying the dust bin, etc… this Roborock S7 MaxV with the new dock… is another level! No need to babysit anymore… I have a big carpet and this new technology do the job! For me, it worth every penny! Totally recommended.

I’d highly recommend pairing this with the SV7 Max. It has worked great the first week. Hopefully it’ll be durable!

I had some trouble at first because the dust bin wouldn't empty — CS explained that the tabs on cover for the roller wheel needed to be inserted into grooves I hadn't noticed before. Since then, it works perfectly. But, it's so dang expensive!!! That said, if you have the money, splurge. Best on the market.

Love this thing. Takes all the guess work out (and work) out of refilling and daily maintenance. The clean water and gray water buckets are easy to take in and out. Set up was a breeze and build quality seems exceptional.

I have to update my original review after using this for a couple months now. For mopping - still great. The dirty water bin is always full of terrible smelling sludge, which I'm guessing is because it's doing its job when mopping.HOWEVER, I have found this dock has a terrible time emptying dog hair out of the vacuum. I will randomly check the bin on the vacuum and almost always find it half or even completely full of dog hair, which it is not able to remove even with multiple attempts on max power. Since we have two big dogs, I'm going to just say this is an awful dock, maybe just an awful vacuum design, for those with a good amount of dog hair lying about. I'm actually debating going back to a S9+, even though that thing can hardly navigate its way out of a paper bag at times... at least I know it rocks at getting rid of the hair.

We have other cleaning robot with mopping feature. But we rarely washed the mop. Maybe one time a week. We all know it must be dirty after few times of cleaning, but the reason why offload cleaning job to a machine is we are busy.This year we bought a S7 Maxv first. S7 Maxv is doing a great job on cleaning, but still not very convenient to wash the mop frequently. So start considering trying this station dock.Great on washing the mop.Everyday when you pour the dirty water, you feel much much better and knowing how this machine is doing a great work.Few comments1. No drying feature. Need purchase additional module. I saw some countries can even get a free one by registering online.2. Need dust bag. No option to change to washable filter.3. Dust empty feature is not that powerful. Still saw some dust in the dust bin around filter. But acceptable since it would clean every day.4. If power cord can use 90 degree one, machine can be closer to the wall or even lean on the wall.Recommend to consider this machine together when buying the robot if budget is ok.

Es mi segunda base de robot.!! Tengo 1 en la planta de arriba y otro abajo y realmente es de las inversiones mejores que he echo para el hogar.!! Sin dudas sólo estar al pendiente cada 15 días rellenar y botar el agua sucia.!! Roborock es lo máximo .!!!
