I would definitely not call this 'The Complete Book...'
While this book has a lot of pages, it devotes too much space to the earliest concepts and almost none to more advanced ones. For example, there are. 25 pages on counting pennies, 15 pages with $1 bills, NO pages on any bills higher than $1. The time sections has lots of coverage for time on the hour, but NO coverage of time to the minute (that entire section is to the 5 minute mark, nothing covered for when the minute hand is in between numbers) and NO calendar coverage.

Focused with LOTS of practice pages
So far this has been my favorite workbook. As the name suggests it focuses only on time and money. Each section has a short intro into the concept. For my kids this was enough to explain what was expected in the excersize. You can always supplement the concept as needed. What I really liked about this book was the pages and pages of practice sheets. Not just one or two, lots and lots. No need to look up and print from the internet. I generally don’t mind printing more worksheets, but for the money (coins and bills) it can get tricky since color is kind of important at the beginning. I don’t have a color printer, but even if I did it would blow a lot of ink, especially if you have multiple kids. It’s not one of those giant workbooks that tries to cover every subject covered in a given grade. Each section get progressively more difficult, you can stop and pick up later when your child is ready. It’s nice not to have to get multiple workbooks that cover the more advanced concepts.TIP: I used real coins to teach the money section. I let the kids keep the money if they answered correctly. Let’s just say they learned the money section really fast and really well.If you are teaching time and money this is the workbook for you. For under $12 can’t beat the price.

Great for new learning!
A great introduction and continuation for teaching kids about telling time and counting money. The beginning pages are super easy, but gets more difficult as the book progresses on. I would say this is probably too easy for a 3rd grader, as our 2nd grader breezed through most of it until we got adding/subtracting with the combination of all coins (pennies, nickels, dime, quarters, half dollars).

Great book !!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this book. We purchased this because our Math-U-See homeschool curriculum doesn't cover much on these two topics. It is being used for a 1st grader and she is excited about this book every day. I will be buying this again for our other two kids when they need to learn about time and money. I don't have anything bad to say about this book!

Great for mastery of subject! (1st and 2nd grade)
I highly recommend this book for teaching money and time to your children. There is LOTS of practice for each concept. As someone who had never taught these concepts before, I did not think about all the little steps in learning each of these concepts. This book teaches each step, and gives kids plenty of opportunities to practice. I have two 2nd graders and one 1st grader. I got three copies of this book and all three are using it.

Excellent and teaches concepts thoroughly
Excellent for teaching time and money. I had used the same book when my older child was 5 to begin teaching about money and time . Now I got the same one for my little one who is 4.5 and she's breezing through the book. Teaches concept so well and thorough

Kids love it
Kids love it, there are plenty of exercises of different level: from ridiculously easy to serious challenges. Whether it is suitable for a third grader, this depends on the kid's level. K-2 certainly would have something to work on with this book.
