Unlike some reviews my unit came in a box and was in excellent condition. Setup with the phone app was easy and the tracking signal was easy to hear. The reverse search where you use the Tile to find the phone was a nice bonus.

I either lose my keys or my phone all the time! This has been a lifesaver for me! Works easily and is so helpful!

It works. No complaints. It’s not an air tag, so doesn’t have the same accuracy due to lack of users. Not the worst, but not the best.

Their much-vaunted “Smart Alerts” are neither “smart” nor are they “alerts.”Nor are they included.They are not smart because there are no configuration options.They are not alerts because they make no sound.They are not included because you have to buy a subscription to the “Pro” level software, currently $30 a year.Whether audible or silent, alerts are the most important feature because the key to keeping track of your items is to never lose them in the first place.If all you get is a line of text that you have to check for, the correct term is “Notification.” And I'm not looking at my phone as I'm pulling out of the parking lot of the restaurant where I left my wallet on the table because—as every Police Department in the country urges—I do not text and drive.So you have to pay extra for the rest of your life and all you get us something to help you lay your hands on something you left about the house, or help you try to track stuff you lost elsewhere.I have looked but I have not found something yet to help you not to lose stuff in the first place.

Works great with my samsung phone through bluetooth and geo location (since airtags mainly w iphones my options were limited). Used it for an international trip, placed inside luggage and at every airplane change was checking for signal. You have to be physically near the item, so i was checking after boarded on plane (since bags are right under us on a plane). If medium to strong signal- meant bags were loaded on same flight as us, felt relieved. Also at luggage carousel helped find it quicker. Like that can control sound level straight from your phone. We have had our luggage lost or misplaced too many times, so this is a real neat way to keep track. I wanted to hand it to my child at a resort as a locator, but realized it was too bulky for a necklace or bracelet wear and havent found any options of cases yet (like they sell for airtags).
