Purchased this to wrap my stove pipe where it exits the stove jack. Helps prevent the stove jack from wearing out too fast and helps trap the heat in the tent by insulating the pipe on the outside. Does have a smell during first use of stove but goes away quickly. Very pleased with this product.

The stove is very nice, replacing the stove pipe will be a challenge. They use a off size, so you can’t just buy a camping stove pipe to fit, and almost all the extra attachments like rain cap and spark arrestors won’t fit the manufacturer’s pipe. Still haven’t been able to find a adapter..

Great stuff but wear gloves when handling. Has fiberglass. I received glass slivers when trying to wrap my stove pipe

Couldn’t get it wrapped tight enough to fit in the stove jack. Tough to keep tight enough to fit in stove jack.

Good product but I didn't expect the splinters. Definitely needs to be handled like fiberglass insulation, at least before it's burnt in a couple times.
