Ginseng Complex Plus Royal Jelly 1000 mg 50 Capsules

I've been experimenting with how high a dose of ginseng I can take and what benefits that might bring. Well, I found out that this product is too much for me. I get lightheaded several times a day when I'm taking this. Now that I've been off of it for a week I've been feeling better. And I have not felt a loss in energy since I stopped taking this (and reverting to another ginseng product that has less than 250mg).

I use this ginseng complex to improve concentration at work and help with endurance throughout the day. I also am physically active and feel like my focus and endurance during workouts is better when I take this product. I like that it has a blend of the major types of ginseng and an extra boost from the royal jelly.
