Sizing for the underwear is not correct
I am sure the product underwear will work properly for me--it has good stitching, padding certainly seems very good for my needs, seem to be comfortable shorts to wear, but I found one problem with my order. The sizing of 3X was way off base for someone with a 46-48 waist. The shorts I received were for a man with more like a 54-58 waist. I really desired to exchange mine for either a 1X or 2X size but I was not given EXCHANGE as an option. I am returning for a refund, and then I will reorder for a smaller size.

These are the absorbant boxers you want
No one likes to have to get absorbent underwear. I get it. My dad, like so many men his age, didn't even want to think about it or talk about it. But you know what's worse than absorbent underwear? Damp pants in public. He was angry and embarrassed this was happening to him. These have made his life better because he can go out without his accidents showing. He's a boxer guy, and couldn't adjust to lined boxer briefs and haaaated disposables made like "tighty whities" that "crinkle when I walk." These do have the pad in a sling inside the boxer, but he says they're not too snug and it breathes. Pro tip: When we're going out for a long day, I've shown him how to put a sanitary pad in the underwear that he can take out if it gets wet then still have dry underwear. Pro Tip 2: Lysol laundry disinfectant keeps them clean and fresh without fading. They wash and dry great and have held up to over a year's worth of washing and drying. He's gone from only wearing them when he had to to wearing them every day over the last year or so and I can't tell the difference between the first pair I bought and the ones I just bought. Also, you absolutely cannot tell someone has these on.

Thighs too tight
Thighs are too tight. Thighs need to be wider than they are now for the M size.

Thought they were going to be huge, but they're not
When they first arrived, they looked huge. But I washed them as instructions directed and they came out perfect. They fit well under pants; MUCH better than disposable. Comfortable, not noticeable. I have ordered several more pairs.

Not even two months and the fabric came apart.
The media could not be loaded. Perfect for incontinence but fabric too thin? It rent pretty much in two. Maybe we should have gotten a looser size for this type fabric.

Bought for a friend with elderly parents.
They underwear work well, if she did not have to fight him to get him to wear them it would be better. No one wants to give up their dignity.

Good for feeling secure
I bought these for my older husband who has had prostate problems. He uses them when we are going to be out and he is afraid of leaking. He says they are comfortable. I would call these underpants with a little pad. I doubt that they would do for someone who had total incontinence, but for minor leaks, they seem to do the trick. They launder well.
