Purchased this as a tablet the whole family can use (me, my wife and young daughter) as we wanted to get one we could add a sim card in for car journeys so daughter could watch videos and have a tablet for me and my wife to browse the internet, read emails, etc.Firstly, the price for this item was great, an absolute bargain (when compared to Samsung, Apple tablets). I've used the tablet for a few hours and have to say I am impressed with the speed, battery life and quality of the screen.Unfortunately had to return it as it doesn't support multi-user profiles which some parental control apps (including family link which we use) require (or it has to be setup as a child tablet only). The OS is based ON Android 11, but is not a true Google stock ROM - it's been modified, so a number of settings and features have been removed and a bunch of "demo" games and apps included. My other gripe is the rear camera placement is a bit awkward - tried 4 different "universal" covers/cases (that work perfectly with other tablets) and each one covers the camera, which is a pain.It's not a bad tablet and if it was for my own personal use I'd give it five stars and be very happy with it, but for a family/shared table it lacks some necessary features other tablets provide for the same price range.

I gave the tablet 5 stars because for the price it is extremely good value.Perfect for browsing (great definition) & if you want to use it as a phone just slip a 2nd sim card in.👍👍👍👍👍

Easy to set up with good battery life and quick charging. Nice picture quality as well. Had a small problem which was quickly resolved by their customer service team.

Bought on March 4th 2023 .Last week started saying battery overheating. Now won't charge or turn on ..Used to play games on for a couple of hours ,so not overly used . Very disappointed what a waste of 110 quid .

I was intending to buy a Samsung Galaxy Tablet, but without realizing it, the search results had switched to the Blackview tablets. It was only after I’d completed the order that I checked. The price was good, but you get what you pay for!My wife has just got a new Samsung and the difference in both sound and picture quality showed me that I had made a big mistake. I returned this one almost immediately and am now awaiting delivery of a Samsung .

In hindsight, I should've waited for the Tab13. This is great for movies. Which was the main purpose of buying. However, for browsing the Internet, it's quite slow. The screen is not smooth when scrolling. If casting a movie to another device (TV) it's unwatchable. Very light weight games, it will be fine and watching movies. But don't expect anything more.I've upgraded this to a 4*. The manufacturer reached out to me and gave me a refund on the product. I will be using this to upgrade to the latest Tab13. Great service from a great seller. Will be using again for sure.
