Product was direct fit, easy to install with basic tools if you have some knowledge. Worked correctly the first time. Bought it for the extended warranty of five years. Will have future updates as to how it holds up good value for the price of the product.

I actually ordered two of these replacement parts for my washing machine. The first one came in and I installed in and thought it was working properly until i noticed a puddle under my machine. When i checked, water was coming through the housing (between the blue and clear plastic parts). I ordered another one thinking this was just a fluke but the second one came in and it would not shut off (even when the machine was unplugged, water continued to fill the tub). I ended up ordering a part from the manufacturer and when I got it in it was considerably heavier and felt better made. That part worked great. I have no problems with this seller - they were great with the return but I just think they are getting inferior parts to sell.

This version uses a crush-proof sleeve around the electrical wiring. That should be an unequivocal plus, but in fact I had to reroute the wires to accommodate my Kenmore top-loader arrangement. But it worked out fine in the end. Added maybe two minutes to the install.

Product leaking whist filling machine, entire floor covered in water, in the video I just switched off the valve, when in on position it leaks heavier, no quality control whatsoever, all these Chinese made replacement parts are worthless, apparently everything on Amazon is coming from China these days. 😡😡😡I would like to amend the rating to 4 stars now based on excellent customer service and recovery by the seller, I will definitely seek to purchase items from them since they are willing to ensure the customer is happy and receive whatever they paid for. Thanks.

This was relatively easy to install. Got my washing machine up and running with a little help from Amazon and youtube!! So far, very pleased with product!!! Fast delivery too!
