Tastes really fresh and sweet, but it is amazingly difficult to dissolve into cold water. The cranberry powder clumps and sticks to the stirrer or spoon or cup rather than dissolving. Using hot water helps, but then you have to cool it off again. As well, the powder is very sticky, and the ziplock on the bag will gum-up quickly if it isn't that way when you receive the bag, so don't plan on that ziplock working to reseal it.

Good product , lumps on occasion when mixing

My bad for not noticing this contains maltodextrin, a highly refined carb/sugar, thus only 3 stars. In large quantities, might be unwise for diabetics, or so the medical community cautions. Also reduces "good" bacteria in the microbiome in mice, though more research is warranted in us humans. (It is worth doing your own research on the human microbiome.) I AM, however, making use of this product, in small quantities. But as noted in headline, it resists dissolving easily, in my case, in iced tea.

I purchased the powder when I was unable to find fresh cranberries, or even frozen, the middle of the summer when I wanted to add it to my smoothie. So I grabbed the idea of using the powdered to get the great antioxidant power from the cranberries. It made my smoothie tart, and delicious, and I'm glad I gave it a try.

I thought I liked pomegranate juice but I guess I need it to be sweetened.

I bought this product two times. The powder itself is no problem. However, for some reason, the package of it gets sticky. It's hard to use.

I really enjoyed this product. Brought back childhood memories of eating mulberry fruit. As an adult it worked great as part of my cocktails for spring & hopefully summer. I just wish it was not so expensive
