Beautiful in appearance!!! Heavy, solid-- we live on the Coast in Maine and the breeze is often pretty stiff off the water. The stand remains unwavering and doing it's job!! This is the second one I have bought within a month-- as I love it soooo much. Go for it without hesitation-- you won't regret it for a minute!

This granite umbrella stand is a lovely creation. I was so excited when I open the box! It’s really really heavy, which is just what I wanted. But, it’s not just sturdy, it’s absolutely beautiful! Polished granite with a swash of lighter granite running through the middle. Love it!! I’ve already recommended this to someone else, and I will be purchasing another for a different spot in my backyard. Thank you.

The base is sturdy & color was just like the photo. Nice & heavy with a smaller base than my old one. I needed this for a larger umbrella (11 foot) & my pole could not fit into the base's holder. Fit was close but not possible . We used the pole holder from my old stand to make this happen. I didn't return it because I needed the heavier base for our breezy location & the price was good. Wish the wheels were multi directional.

This is a great-looking and plenty-heavy base. I appreciate that the umbrella holder part came with multiple collars to accommodate umbrellas with different pole thicknesses. Also, that the base had finger cutouts to make moving the base around easier. Our umbrellas have withstood multiple windy days just fine.I noticed that, over time, the bolt holding the umbrella holder to the base can work itself loose. I added a split washed to the stack and that has worked just fine.

This umbrella stand is supposed to be adjustable to fit my 38mm or 1.5 inch umbrella BUT the 38 mm adjuster piece was missing, as was 1 other piece. Contacted the seller and they said SORRY we don't "have any way to send those parts so talk to Amazon." IT is super heavy of course so returning is a huge hassle. TERRIBLE SERVICE from the company which is actually Noble HOUSE Furniture selling stuff called Christopher Knight as well as other home stuff. REALLY POOR SERVICE.

For the price, I don't think you can do better than this base, if it works with your decor. The base arrived one day late, but I think that was a FedEx problem. Everything was intact and in good shape. Assembly was a snap, and they even include the socket wrench to tighten the bolt! Since I am putting it on a composite deck, I was also very happy to see it comes with rubber feet to prevent scratching.My only negative comment about the base is that the instructions included with it clearly state it is for a maximum diameter umbrella of 78" and that it must be used in conjunction with a table to support the umbrella. My umbrella is 96" in diameter, and I am using it freestanding, but I think this will be OK, since it is on the leeward side of the house. I would be nice if the description on Amazon actually agreed with the instructions included with the base, as on Amazon they state it can support an umbrella up to 12 feet. Perhaps it can, but the information should be consistent. I am guessing the restrictions were written by the same lawyers who said the assembly takes two people and may take up to thirty minutes (not the four minutes it took me to do it by myself).As I said, if granite works with your decor, this is an incredibly good deal for the price. I was ready to be disappointed, because the price was so good, but was instead pleasantly surprised with the quality. The granite will last forever, and if the stainless parts don't outlast me, I won't be out a significant amount of dough!

This looks great, but it is extremely heavy and it is almost impossible to keep the piece that holds the umbrella pole from being wobbly or crooked. The base is so heavy that its not easily fixed, because the adjustments have to be made from under the base. It was also missing 2 parts.

Love that it is versatile I use it to anchor a volley ball net across my pool and then to hold umbrella by the pool.
