This formula dupes the sibutramine effects in the body without the negative effects from it. I believe this kind of supplement must be taken along multivitamins and upscale the water-salts aka minerals intake. This is not a fat loss supplement. I would say it is similar to the lines of intermittent fasting. A method scientifically proven to improve all functions in the body. I have seen many people disappointed by it because they buy it thinking it is fat loss remedy. I believe it has been labeled as appetite suppressant and should not be interpreted in any other way.

I would give it 5 stars, but because the pills are big I can't. Other than that, they work really great!! 1st pill that curb my extremely strong sweet cravings w/o jitters. No jitters at all. This is my 2nd bottle.

It reduces my sense of bloating and inflammation, puts me in a better mood, I sleep much better,my menstrual cycle isn't delayed or anything (coz some diet pills do that to your body). I love it, and easy on my stomach + IT DOESNT HAVE CAFFEINE! so it doesn't irritate your nerves.

Don't like, didn't work well

I have been taking this for about three weeks now and it does suppress my cravings. I was a candy cookie freak but, now I hardly ever have white sugar. Truly a miracle for me.

FYI it says Rx-fat loss, not fat burner--for those that landed on this product looking for something else. This is a natural appetite suppressant.i originally found these in a health food store that is no longer in business so i buy online now. i have been a faithful user of these for 3 years now. i have a binge eating problem and i simply just love social eating. with these pills i have control of how much i eat. when you take 2 pills you have no appetite. when you take 1 pill, you eat a lot less, as if youre just tired of eating. so when i feel like im starting to gain weight or when im really stressed out for a number of weeks, it helps to take 2 pills at a time. when i just want to maintain my weight and prevent OVER eating when im out with friends, i take 1 pill an hour before leaving home.i feel no jitters like with other caffeinated supplements. and oddly, my BMs are very regular when im taking these consistently.
