Insulin pen fits perfectly, room for some needles and the cooling pack works well keeping the Insulin coil. So far very happy qith the product.

Good compact cooler.I tested this with a wired thermometer, in a room with an average temp of 22c, I opened it 4 times over the 7 hours.I put the coolers in the freezer as directed, when I took them out the case went down to -2c for around 2 hours, then it went above 0c, for the next 3 hours the case went to a high of 6c, by the end of the 7 hours total the temp rose to around 16.2c, which feels alot cooler than you think.Overall this is a decent cooler case for meds, if you put it in a fridge while at work, etc this would last as long as needed but for an almost all day carry, it was great.

Well made enough room for 2 insulin pens .Used one cool pack at a time . Was just enough room for 7 insulin needles. Rotated cool packs daily as weather was warm. Worked well
