Perfect for my outfit. Loosing feathers constantly, but still many attached. (as previously noted by another reviewer.)

I wanted a couple of Boa's for My daughters wedding photo booth as props. I actually bought 2 of these one in this burgundy and the other in ivory. They will definitely serve their purpose. When I opened the ivory one & it shed some feathers so I took them both outdoors and shook them very well. I'm not shedding feathers all over the house and they look great. The burgundy boa didn't really shed at all. These are beautiful and will definitely work well for what I was looking for. I may actually buy another if I can find the color I'm looking for. They are good quality for the price and I expect some shedding so not a big deal for me.These would be great for any costume or photo booth, as I'm intending to use them. These are lovely and will so much fun for any dress up type fun and our photo booth at the wedding!

This is awful. I read the reviews and complaints about the feathers and dismissed it like these folks don’t know the nature of feather boas. But no. This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not just regular boa shedding, there are chunks of feathers coming off left and right. The colors are nice (I got the rainbow one) but this product is a piece of garbage. I’m sorry I wasted my money on this and didn’t heed the warnings from other bad reviews. Also if ppl are wondering like I was about the girth, it is NOT very thick at all. Basic, like what you’d find at michael’s, but far worse quality at a higher price.

This boa was really beautiful and it looked beautiful with my Halloween flapper costume. I only gave it 3 stars because the feathers fell out all over the place all night long. When I originally opened the package, feathers got all over my bedroom which wasn't a big deal. I took it outside and gently shook it to get the rest of the loose feathers off. However, the feathers continued to shed all night long. The car I was riding in looked like a chicken exploded in the back seat and I left a trail all over the parking garage, restaurant, and Lincoln Road in Miami.

Very thick and full. I read the reviews that complained about shedding so I took it outside and shook it when it arrived. It lost about a dozen feathers is all. This is so full that you will never notice them missing. It has not shed any more since then. The reason it got a 4 stars instead of 5 is that each end has an ugly white cord with big knots that the feathers are fastened to. I will have to stitch it so it doesn't show. Too bad as this is an otherwise very nice boa.

Make sure you take new boas out of the package outside and hang them up for a bit before you wear them. You can also give them a little coat of hairspray to help with shedding.I got this boa to thicken one I already had, and I had to dye it to match. I did the outside hang up ritual and then dyed it, there wasn't much shed in the dye bath.All boas are going to shed, some more than others. It can be very frustrating..but with a few extra steps you can lessen the mess.Boa is better quality than I expected. I wish it could have been thicker than 100g, but that's what was available.

I bought this for a costume. But now I decorate with it too. This boa is nice and fluffy!!!
