I used this for my iPad it was my third attempt to get the one that did as it said

The 3 leg stand does provide stability, however, if you are looking to adjust the height very often during filming, I would buy a version where it's one pole instead of 3 leg for convenience, so I could quickly adjust height, this is just a personal preference. Overall, it is a good quality product. Won't go wrong if you looking to film things on a stable frame where you don't need to adjust the heigh too often.

When I attach my phone, the whole head drops down due to the weight of my phone and I can't stabilize it, hence it's not usable... unfortunately I just tried it out now and it is already out of the return window.

This tripod is of very poor quality. Avoid

Only comes with fixture that works with phone. For iPad and and other ad-ons you’d want to use with the tripod, you have to search again and buy separately. If purpose is only for phone, is sturdy enough. Bluetooth remote works well.

This one fits my Xiaomi Pad 6 Max which is hard to find on Amazon. The tripod is stable enough for daily use and portable enough to bring with me on a trip to Norway to capture the Northen Light.
