I was unsure how these would feel, I had a pair from my doctor that have worn out. These are working out nice. They fit well; I didn't have to try to fit to my shoe they fit perfect. I have some feet problems and I will be purchasing some more to put in other shoes.

As long as you know what to expect. They are a little on the stiff side.

Product is not the same as what was purchased previously. The first heel cups were soft. The newly ordered heel cups were made from a different material. They were much harder and did not mold to your heel.

The “regular” size fits those 175# or lighter, order the “large” size if you weigh more. The description for size calculating is on the back of the package and not the product page. Amazon will not let me return the unopened package.

Dr. suggested I purchase for the pain in my tendon. Helped heal and reduced my pain by at least 70%. Just make sure you wear both. I only wore one on the side my injury was on and it caused hip and leg pain from not being balanced. Don't make my mistake. Highly recommend for aid in healing tAchilles tendon pain

My daughter has Sever's (heel pain after excercise), just as I did when I was here age. I used Mueller heel cups back then and I figured we'd give these a try for her. They seem to do the trick and greatly diminish the pain she has when playing muliple soccer games in a day (although they don't eliminate it). We had tried a smaller, gel type, pad from CVS initially which worked too; but not quite as well.One thing to be aware of is that these do take up some room in her shoes (unlike the smaller gel pads). So, make sure you have some growth room if you decide to use these.

I worked in Orthopedics for 2 years and always recommended heel cups for patients with foot + heel pain or knee/hip pain from standing for long periods. I have only ever used Tulli's Heavy Duty (green) and Tulli's So Soft Heavy Duty (grey). I needed a new pair and accidentally bought these ones because I thought they were Tulli's brand. I was SOOOOO wrong... these are nothing like the Tulli's heel cups. They are a hard, flexible plastic material that is totally different than my other pairs. Tulli's are soft, squishy, and absorbant. Definitely recommend the Tulli's brand over these.

La talonera se ve bastante específica para el deporte. He probado varias y con esta he podido ponerla bien en botas de futbol.Se adapta muy bien al talón. Y se ve muy resistente a largo plazo.Es cierto que en la situación de inflamación que tengo actualmente en el calcáneo no me ofrece suficiente amortiguación ya que es un poco mas dura que otras. Cuando lo tenga un poco mejor será perfecta para un uso más a largo plazo y no tener recaídas.Tengo talla 41 y con la talonera M voy perfecto

I suffered a bad bone bruise on my heel and after months I still could barely walk my foot hurt so bad. My doctor recommended these and what a relief! My foot still hurts but it takes the sting out of each step and I'm no longer overcompensating with my other foot. They fit nicely in shoes and slippers and unlike the foam ones that flatten down so quickly, they hold their shape! Will be buying another pair just for my slippers!

Buon prodotto e anche la scatola si presenta curata, i supporti sono in gomma ma un po' dura quindi sono buoni più per prevenire la tallonite o se è agli inizia, ma se è già presente e forte non aiuta molto, anzi può dar dolore, infatti l'ho dovuto restituire
