Good, easy to replace on my Forester 2013
Need to buy a plug socket from HomeDepot which cause $4, and hope you have a torque wrench. Save a lot of money.

Yes they are OEM
Good price, quick shipping. The original sparkplugs were in the car for 84000 miles. They would have easily lasted to 100k. Subaru says replace at 60k. That is a little pessimistic for iridium tipped plugs.
