I am now migraine free
I don't often write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with this product in case it could help others. I've suffered from migraines since my late teens, but they were infrequent and usually linked to illness or stress. However, during lockdown, my symptoms worsened, with more frequent headaches, pain, and eye issues. My GP suggested a referral to a neurologist or stronger painkillers, but also recommended trying Vitamin B2 (migrainesoothe) before considering other options. At first, I was skeptical about spending significant money on a supplement that might not work, but I decided to give migrainsoothe a try. I started with the basic version (purple packet), and after about 10 days, I could feel a noticeable difference. Encouraged by this success, I decided to try the tripple pack, which also includes coenzyme Q10 and magnesium, based on recommendations I found on an NHS patient information leaflet online.Although it's still early days (as it can take up to 3 months for the full effects to be felt), I'm happy to report that I'm currently migraine-free (even better than pre-lockdown!). What's more, I've noticed an unexpected side effect of feeling more energetic throughout the day, which has been a huge boost for me. I'm no longer collapsing on the sofa after work, and I'm able to focus more easily without getting tired. While I know that not every treatment works for everyone, migrasoothe has been great for me, and I would definitely recommend giving it a go.

Worth a try
Having had some success with the green migraines pack I decided I would try this set to see if it would be the extra help I needed. I also had some birthday money (Β£49 is a lot to pay for some pills) and was just about to run out of the other pills. My one complaint is that it suggest in the description that you get the migraine pack I had been on with extra pills to increase the effectiveness, so I went for it. You do not get a pack of the original one you get a basic version and 2 other packs. This should be made very clear in the description. When you are a suffer you just want it made simple to choose. The company needs to make it much easier to understand what it is you are buying and they need to make it clearer on buying (I'm not even sure if I can buy these packs singly or not which is a concern when the main pack is only 60 days worth). I am also disappointed that the extra herbs in the first migraine pack hadn't been included in any of these packs. We all know that feverfew etc can help and I did feel that it was starting to help me. I shouldn't have to be buying this as an extra when I've already spent Β£49.I've been on this regime for just over a week and these are helping I'm just hoping this will be the big help I hope it will be. Anyone who suffers just give the 3 options a good read and try the 1 that best suits you. After all we all know that B2 really helps and buying that in the large dose isn't cheap. So this range is a good compromise.I will do an update once I have finished the full course.

As expected
As expected but the combination of all three each day had an adverse effect in the stomach department!
