Great product for the price I have purchased. Rich in features, Excellent quality of the panel, viewing angles are good, surprisingly good quality speakers, good audio control support.. Worth the Investment.

Review after a week usage (26 July, 23) :Delivery Experience:Ordered it on 15th July 2023 prime day sale and got it on next day16th mrng. Very fast delivery by Amazon.Cost : I got the 50 inch one at 29,250/- on prime day sale.Installation:Got it installed in 3-4 days after delivery after multiple calls to hi-sense and Amazon. This left a very bad initial impression.I called hi-sense on 17th(Monday). They asked for 48hrs. I contacted them again after 48hrs and they told that the request was cancelled bcoz I didn't lift the call. But no one called me. I contacted Amazon as well at the same time and they got it installed.MI people came for installation in my place and they did not charge me for installation.Warranty:On prime day sale, they gave 4 years of warranty to this TV. But I am not sure about their after sale service.Storage:The tv has 2gb/16gb storage but in the settings it shows only around 7gb of total storage.I contacted customer care immediately and they asked me to check in some tv assistant app. In that app it shows 2gb/16gb. I went back to the settings and noticed that the system partition is not shown there. So, it kind of makes sense that the tv really has 2gb/16gb as they claim. Take away, the TV already occupies 8gb of storage for OS and all.Display:The display is quite good. I'm quite impressed with its colors, Dolby vision, 4k. Used a Full hd 49inch mi TV before. So compared to it, I see a lot of difference. I cannot see those pixels on the display anymore. When it plays Dolby vision content, a popup appears in the top right corner.Audio:It supports Dolby audio. The output from the inbuilt speakers is better than my old mi TV but not the best. I connected a Dolby supported soundbar to it and it now sounds the best. My old mi 4A Pro did not support Dolby and so when I played movies in it, the music was high and the vocals were low. The Dolby audio support solved that problem.Performance:It's okay but not that great. I can see the tv struggles sometimes even for normal usage when I try to quickly navigate through multiple apps.Design:It's quite compact in size and has less bezels. It seems to slimer than my 5year old mi 4a pro.Connectivity:It has got all the ports you need. 3 hdmi (1earc), 2 usb, aux, optical port,... Also it supports 5g wifi.Hands free ok Google:This did not work for me out of the box. I contacted the customer care and they asked me to uninstall updates to the Google app from settings and clear cache. This made it work.The responsiveness of ok Google detection is good. It works fine from 9 feet distance without any issues. But anyway, for privacy reasons, I'm keeping it off. So don't fall for this feature.Customer support:They are available on the toll free number mon-sat from 9-6. The wait time is sometimes very very long. I had to call 3 times for installation. I also contacted them for TV feature related issue and they patiently guided me and resolve the issue. If the installation is this slow, I'm not sure about long term support. Need to see.Remote :The best thing in this remote is that it has lights in the buttons. So when it's dark, you can easily see the buttons. It also has all the buttons that you need. The tv also comes with remote finder which I did not try yet.Installation mounts:The tv comes with both wall and table mount in the box.Overall it's a budget friendly tv with all the features. Unlike other TV's it comes with 4 years of warranty. If you are on budget, I will definitely recommend this 50 inch tv for 29,250/-.I would rate it 5 star if the installation and customer support experience would have been better initially.

Background: Using TV in the last 20 days in Bangalore CentralSupport, Design and BuildPrompt and efficient support provided by Hisense. Within an hour of delivery, received a call for installation, and the setup was completed on the same day evening. Also received a feedback call from Hisense after 10 days of using the TV. When expressed average experience with the product, they were offering further assistance. They were ready to send a technician for a detailed technical inspection. In terms of design and build, the TV shines. It is attractive and has good physical appearance, seamlessly blending into any living space. The sturdy construction enhances its durability, while the slim bezels provide an immersive viewing experience.SoundTV offers an impressive audio experience. The sound is rich, clear, and surprisingly robust, with well-defined bass tones that add depth. TV features a audio-only mode, allowing to enjoy music and other audio content with screen turned off. This feature is perfect for creating a relaxing ambiance or enjoying playlists without the distraction of visuals. I often utilize this mode to play songs and podcasts, adding versatility to the TV's functionality.PictureThe picture quality of this TV is rather average. Lacks depth in colors, contrast, and overall excitement in visual presentation. The colors appear muted, and the contrast fails to deliver the vibrant, lifelike images as expected. Despite adjustments, there's a noticeable absence of depth and richness in the picture. Poor gradient control and uneven backlighting further detracting from the viewing experience.Operating System (OS)One of the significant downsides of this TV is its operating system. The OS is sluggish and frequently hangs, leading to frustrating delays in responsiveness. Even simple actions like adjusting the volume can take 1-2 seconds to register, especially when viewing 4K or UHD content. Pressing home button while watching something in Netflix or such app will take about 5 seconds to go to home screen. This lag significantly detracts from the user experience.Overall, the TV offers a mixed performance. While it excels in after sales, sound quality and design, its shortcomings in picture quality, OS responsiveness, and uneven backlighting detract from its overall value. I am writing this detailed review as many reviews on platforms like YouTube have not mentioned the issues with picture quality and OS lags. If I had been aware of these shortcomings beforehand, I might have adjusted my expectations accordingly.I am not sure at this price if there is any better TV available. However, coming from a Blupunkt TV purchased in 2018, I didn't find a significant upgrade in some aspects.

TV working as expected, Good picture quality and sound is loud enough need not to use external speakers. Ui is smooth and lag free. It got far field mic , you can control tv through voice, remote not needed for voice command. It got remote finder option. Bonous is I got 4 yrs warranty as part of sales promotion.

Operating system is Vidaa instead of Google. There is no Dolby Atmos, it uses DtsX instead. Not a 120hz tv.
