I'm writing this review after using the refrigerator for a month, coz wanted to give a genuine review. I bought this in the Prime member sale July 2022, which was also the launch of this product wherein there was no reviews. I took a chance and bought this Whirlpool refrigerator and i would say that this is the BEST refrigerator to buy in terms of all features right from the Price, storage capacity, cooling & design. The timely installation from Whirlpool is very good. Infact this was one of the main reason for me to choose whirlpool brand, since their service reach is very good.One more thing I wanted to highlight about this product and whirlpool is that, they never asked to write a review about the product though this is new launch in July'22, wherein the other leading brands ask the customers to do so. This is really good of them.I would also like to give some tips:1. At the time of delivery, ask the delivery executive for the open box installation. The delivery executive may refuse to do so. Even the person who delivered to me wasn't ready to do. But unless and until if they don't do, do not share the OTP coz Amazon has given the clear instruction for the open box installation.2. The product may be shaky once opened but do not worry. It will be adjusted by the whirlpool technician as per the ground level. Infact I was also worried, but it was all solved by the knowledgeable whirlpool installation technician.3. On Time installation. The whirlpool technical team contacts immediately the next day for installation which is really perfect and the technician is also thorough professional with depth knowledge on what they are doing and also on time.At last, I would say Amazon customer service team is awesome. They hear to our queries and take necessary steps to resolve. Not only that, they also make sure that they follow up to make sure the query has been resolved or not.So overall a very good product at this price range. YOU CAN GO FOR THIS REFRIGERATOR WITHOUT SECOND THOUGHT!

The product is not good at all. The fridge does not cool and the ice cubes can't be formed. The Amazon does not provide good product to the customer. We used to contact the customer care but the customer care are not responding at all, even the whirlpool company is not answering the call. We have purchased the fridge on 20 October 2022, Since then the fridge is not working. Nobody is ready to listen to the complaint. We request you to exchange the fridge or otherwise return my money back.

It is excellent product. Except for the delivery guy which was the rudest person I've ever met everything about this product is excellent. The company guy was also very good and polite, answered all my questions. Just to say this is excellent product and I am very pleased with Amazon. Very sufficient for even 3 people. Cooling is very nice and it gets ice in an hour almost (might be abit more than an hour). The black strip on freezer is for show. It doesn't have any buttons or anything. Everything is very nice and very happy with the product.

Product is good and got good discount during sale. Amole amount of storage capacity. There is no light on upper part that is freezer. Overall i would call it a value deal.
