Merckens Coating Melting Wafers Milk Chocolate cocoa lite 5 pounds

I will buy this again. However it was a little melted when it arrived. I bought it in July in NJ so I was ready for some melting. As soon as it arrived I took it out of the packaging and both ice packs wete hot and the corners of the bags were melted. No big deal I separated them into different storage bags and popped into the freezer. Yummy and worked well.

These are my favorite chocolate wafers and I've ordered several different brands online the melting point is perfect. They are easy to pour when I make my chocolate bars and the taste is wonderful. Love the large bulk size and pricing.

They melted easily and once melted coated and covered nicely. Had a good taste also. Paired very well with the peanut butter and crackers.

I've purchased many bags of this chocolate from several different companies over the years. When I received this bag it had melted and hardened into a big clump that makes it hard to use small amounts for dipping. This is the only brand I buy because it's affordable and reliable. This issue was from poor packaging and no labels stating it was affected by heat. It still tastes good and I am able to use it but it now requires using a knife to cut pieces off instead of simply pouring them out.

This chocolate comes in a very large size so you can get multiple projects out of it. It melts perfectly. I recommend a little coconut oil in the microwave at short intervals to avoid burning. I recommend this over name brand competitors bc it melts better, has a better taste, comes in more affordable & large sizes. This brand of white chocolate is amazing too!

Product was just the quality we expect from this brand of milk chocolate. Melted well. Used for covering multiple types of items including Oreos, pretzel sticks, peanut butter eggs and a few other items.
