Whenever a grinder head fails in my house, this served as a great replacement in order to restore them to fully operational levels.Salt your pasta, people! It's worth it for the additional flavours!

After having to replace our condiment grinders completely over the years when one gets a fault, this means we can continue using our existing ones and just replace the bit that keeps breaking (the metal threaded part of the ceramic grinder due to corrosion from the salt!). Might seem a bit like a drop in the ocean, but reduces the non-recyclable waste going to landfill. And we have a spare for the next time it breaks.

Tried to replace earlier 'round' mills bought a few years ago. Had six of which 3 developed cracked internal bits in the lids. unable to find the same shape any longer, so pleased to find these available, They fit perfectly - however I don't expect them to outlast the original 'lids' - so have ordered 6 in total for future usage.
