Not plastic
It was nice for a one time use its not made out of plastic but for the price and giving the materials that are used to make it I could have saved a few $$ printed out the picture and use a popsicle stick to glue it on.

Cute topper for my cake! It's a smaller homemade cake but the topper was the perfect size. I personally cut the wooden stick because it was long for me but I love that it was long for others
