I've found this thermometer to be fast and accurate. (I have two so I'm not trekking between bedrooms in search of the one and only thermometer.) I've tested them against each other for discrepancies, but the readings have been identical, so I consider them reliable. I especially like the fact that the numbers are backlit when the reading is complete, so between that and a slight beeping guaranteed not to wake the entire house, I don't have to take the thermometer out of my mouth to check that it's finished, and I'm not sitting there longer than necessary, either. It sure beats our old-fashioned mercury thermometers that took a lot of effort to shake down enough to get a reading and required a lot of waiting before the verdict. The case for the thermometer is of substantial plastic, too, unlike the flimsier ones of our old thermometers. I was impressed with this company as well. I had a couple of questions, and the seller's response was prompt, with complete explanations.

Well, I took my temperature and it said I had a temp of 85. No, I’m not dead nor am I a vampire. Then I tried to take my temperature again and it made a funny noise, flashed once, then didn’t work at all .... you guys sent me a dead thermometer. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it, especially at this time. Remind me to not buy anything from you ever again, ok? Don’t take a chance on this company. They don’t check their stuff before they send it out. It was either old stock, or previously owned.

This thermometer is accurate, easy to use, gives results quickly, and easy to read without my glasses. And it's half the price of the equivalent thermometer at CVS.

This is a nice thermometer, but was delivered to me with a low battery! Time will tell whether this battery will die on me prematurely, which is very likely. I would like a new battery delivered to me, free of charge! I am using this battery in particular for monitoring my temperature in connection with the Coronavirus. I live in New York and on the edge of the New Rochelle, NY containment zone!!
