TilleyMen's Sun Hat

Might be expensive, but still the best fitting, hardest wearing hat about. On my third now, purely down to losing previous two, lasts years and years, ending up being great value! Lovely colour too.

This is my 2nd Tilly hat. I have had my first now for 6 years approx. It is still in daily use here in Spain but I felt I needed a spare in case of loss. Whilst the initial cost may seem high, as it did to me at the time, the cost per wearing is minimal. Probably less thay a penny now. It has been bashed about,sat on packed flat in a case etc and after many machine washes, still looks good. My 1st hat was light olive in colour , I have just bought a mid blue one for a change. If you need sun protection for your head, Tilly airflow works for me.

Need to wear a hat as I have suffered sun damage to my scalp, this hat is light and very very comfortable. I’d recommend it to everyone who should wear a hat to protect them .

I have three minor complaints about my new Tilly Hat when compared to my existing one. Number 1 is the absence of a small leather tag on the back which identifies this as the back by one simple glance. Secondly the side wall material is very plasticky/Nylon and has the appearance of a cheap alternative. Finally the hat was bent in two in the packaging and will be difficult to reshape.

Hat is great for most any outdoor activity. Stylish and machine washable on gently cycle and drip dry.

The hat is very well made and the chin strap system seems to work pretty well, even on the scooter! This will be my standard summer hat from now on.

It fits well and will be my winter golf hat.
