I weigh 130 lbs and bought this product to help me recover after a bunion surgery. It’s okay temporarily, but I don't think it is built to last a long time as it’s made of styrofoam. It came in three pieces 1/2; 1/4 and 1/4. The 1/2 is more sturdy, but the other two are so light and think that edges are about to chip off before use. It would have been better if the two were not split in half of the 1/2.

Really like these as they are very easy to use and store. They supplanted my old 2x2 and 4x4 wood blocks and provide a greater range of motion due to the angled mess of the blocks so butt to ground exercises for knee work is enhanced. Very light and came with storage bag.

The product is holding up really good. Using for continuous home therapy after using a similar product at physical therapy.

by standing on it for 30 second intervals, i am able to get the stiffness and kinks out of my legs.
