sturdy plyometric box with cross beam support inside
I'm a serious volleyball player so I'm always trying to jump higher and work on building strength on my legs. Plyometric box is perfect tool for such as you can do various exercise on this to strengthen your legs and lower body parts. There are many different types of exercises you can find online for using this box and my favorites are Step ups with weights and Drop Jumps. These 2 exercises target your legs and thighs to help you jump higher. This jump box can be used for 3 different heights by simply turning to other side and it has 16", 20" and 24" height options. I love that it has the cross bream support inside for rock solid support and love the 2 side handles for moving and easy carrying. I would recommend that you use a rubber mallet if you have one and it will speed up the assembly time. Relatively easy assembly and I was happy to find spare screws even though I didn't need them. 5 out of 5 stars!

Works great in a gym
This is great for any gym!My friend used this in her gymnastics gym and the kids love (sometimes hate) it!It’s easy to assemble (a drill makes this easier!) and then you’re all set! It’s sturdy and feels good for kids or adults to jump on!

Price was the most important
The box is a half inch off in every direction. Not a big deal unless you have another box that is correct and you wanted to use them together.

Functionally good, assembly nightmare - needed tools to drill my own holes
Once assembled, this plyo box works fine. Unfortunately, the assembly process was a nightmare, at least for the box I received. Here's why:ASSEMBLY:The product description states that the holes are pre-drilled for the screws, they were NOT. There were countersunk holes drilled partway through the pieces where the screwheads would reside, but there were no pilot holes all the way through the piece, or in the 'end' of the piece it attached to (see photos to see example of original holes not all the way through, later photos with holes are after my drilling). I tried screwing the first screw in and unsurprisingly found it to be extremely difficult to get the screw to go anywhere. Once the screw got into the end of connecting piece, I heard a lot of cracking as the screw started to split the layers of plywood apart. I had to back the screw out to keep from splitting the wood entirely and drilled out 72 holes for all the screw connections. This took quite some time to and does not feel like something I should have had to do (not to mention, not everyone has a drill and drill bits laying around to do this). If I had wanted a DIY project, I would have gone to a local box store and bought plywood and screws for significantly less than this costs.ONCE ASSEMBLED:The plywood seems to be fairly sturdy and well made. There were a few voids that I noticed whiles assembling but with 72 screws I really don't see that being an issue. The corners and edges could some sanding once assembled (I got a few splinters while putting it together, unrelated to the holes I had to drill), but the faces are a fairly well-sanded plywood. The material appears to be 3/4" plywood (or the metric equivalent of it) so sturdiness felt good.SUMMARY:I don't recommend this. If you want a DIY project go buy the materials for less than this costs and build a box yourself. If you don't want a DIY project, look elsewhere. You'll need a drill and drill bits to assemble this without splitting the plywood. It works once assembled, but it's not worth the hassle and effort in my opinion.
