I liked the Strength 35, the strength 25 was hardly any thing to sweat about! The instructor was very happy, positive and inspirational! Okay that was the positive. Okay, I went in wanting to try something new and I did Not like this. First off you need alot of room and it's not a routine. It's 2 to 3 sets of doing an exceraise 45 to 60 seconds and there's no good music to pump you up! The speed 35 aND 45 was too hard to do right and it made me feel down on myself bc I didn't have the amount of room they had! I felt defeated! Hello, everyone instructor need to talk to Chalene Johnson bc all her workouts have awesome music. Music motivates people!!! Boring, hard workout moves suck Harder when there's Nooo good music!!!! Iwanted to return it but I didn't know you only have 30 days so guess what I'm stuck w something I won't use! You should give a person 45 to 60 days to return some people travel for work or kids gets sick and 30 days is just Not enough time!!

Solid workout and nutrition plan by beach body. I enjoyed it starting back on a workout regimine. It’s very hard for me to stay committed to things like this but I noticed changes to my body within the second week. As long as you eat properly and follow thru you’ll definitely have results!

I would recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape. I had been working out a lot after having my second baby but nothing worked as well as this. If you're unsure, it is definitely a great program.

I am going to post my before and after pics after the completion of the 21 days BUT I realize that many people are wondering about the program so I thought I'd write my thoughts down. Please note I am NOT a beach body coach or in any way affiliated with beach body and I do not use their shakeology drinks. I'm a regular 29 year woman old trying to get into shape.I do suscribe to the monthly beach body on demand program which lets me access all the workouts they've ever produced plus any additional workout programs they come out with. They announced a new workout program called Shift Shop and being a former teenage athlete I was interested. I always found short bursts of workout to be most effective BUT I've struggled with low self esteem and poor eating habits that always seems to stop me from being the best version of myself.I checked out the infomercial and found myself really liking the trainer Chris Downing's style of workouts. He's positive and friendly and never puts you down and that is the coach I knew I needed to take me on this mental and physical journey. He's constantly reminding you to think of WHY you're working out and what you're working towards.I appreciate the fact that they have a modifier who is plus size. She is always working hard and I look to her and how she's able to get through the total 60 seconds without stopping as inspiration.I will not do a pro and con list because I've found for me that when I read those kind of reviews I immediately feel like I can't complete the workout. I know it sounds stupid but hey I'm trying to be honest with my flaws and grow as a person. I will say here are some things to be aware of1. If you have knee issues, wear a knee guard or brace as there are many exercises using your legs. Burpee's and jumps are common in this program. Look to the modifier or do your own modified version, move the entire 60 seconds!!!! DO NOT BE AFRAID TO DO THE MODIFIED VERSION OF EACH EXERCISE...Don't compare yourself to the fitness models and/or coach seen in the video, they had training and went through the program themselves so of course they are going to go hard during the entire workout and even then sometimes they have to take a break.2.YOU WILL BE SORE. I woke up after the first night in pain but when I got up to do the workout, the muscle pain was not as strong. Make sure to eat enough protein and drink a recovery shake.3. You must follow the eating plan: This one is obvious but not eating properly has always been my downfall. I've done many workout programs and was unimpressed with their meal plans. Shift shop has an amazing meal plan, I've actually eaten several things from their list and I was very impressed at how tasty they all were ie. Pork chops with Peaches. He even lets you have banana ice cream YUM!! Follow the meal plan and workout and success is yours. The meal plan starts of with basic serving of carbs, protein, fruits and veggies and 25 min workouts, second week 35 min workouts and less carbs, more protein and veggies and same# of fruit and the final week features 45 min workouts Mostly veggies and protein, no carbs, and little amount of fruit. This workout program is a mental and physical journey, just keep pressing play and if your hungry during week 3, eat more veggies and protein as you can have as many veggies as you want on this program.With that being said this is a review in progress as I am still in the program. It is a complex program but I do appreciate Chris Downing and the way he makes me feel as I workout. He is positive and friendly. Imagine a high school or college coach whose right there with you at a practice. This is a agility based workout so you will be doing 60 seconds of work with 10-20 seconds rest. I will update this with pictures in a few weeks!! You get what you put into a program.

Too many instructions/breaks during workout
As production value has increased, Beachbody programs has really taken a nosedive in terms of quality. Shift Shop continues the same mistakes of the last few programs (Hard Corps etc) -- namely, way too slow, and way too many breaks instructing us on how to do each move. This is literally only helpful the first time you watch it, and really annoying every other time. I wish every instructor called up Shaun T before doing their program so he can explain to them how it's done: just do the exercise and people will watch and learn, or include a separate video showing proper form. The 45 minute videos in this set are not 45 minute workouts. They are 20 minute workouts with 1 minute breaks between each move while the instructor shows you how to do it. Tedious. And the result is really inefficient workouts.For these reasons, as is the case with the last few Beachbody programs, I would say this is suitable for beginners, or for those who are willing and capable to play DVDs at 2x speed and continue working out while instructor is showing you how to do a squat for the millionth time.

An awesome workout program from a fabulous motivating trainer!
Great workout program with an absolutely awesome trainer! Chris is super motivating and very positive! These workouts are intense but have a very clear modification that Chris explains before each move. He makes great use of the markers and it really provides a lot of variety in the cardio workouts. Each week gets progressively longer and more difficult and by the end of it you notice a huge difference in the way you feel! It's only three weeks so go for it. It'll only makes you better!
