I bought these for my father with pancreatic cancer. He has zero appetite and is losing weight. He doesn't care for the taste but he doesn't like the taste of anything right now. My.mom doctors them with a little chocolate syrup and ilk and can sometimes get one in him.From a non cancer pt point of view. They are not bad and you can easily get the small volume down to gain calories.

My elderly father will drink these every day and still has room for some regular food. They are convenient. It seems they are helping him gain back some weight. I wish they were less expensive.
