This is a great pre workout, honestly. It tastes great, doesn’t clump, and I really notice a difference when I use it before my workouts. I’m not too sure about specific ingredients but I was recommended this by a friend. Doesn’t give me jitters. Flavor is great, I’ve had the peach bum before and got the beach bum this time around and it’s SO good. I honestly look forward to drinking it before I workout lol. Only complaint I have is the price, but that’s for every good quality workout supplement

overall good flavor, low caffeine to others on the market. mixed well in hand shaker bottle as well as with a frother.it has cleaner ingredients and i can get a good pump from it. no odd smell and it doesnt upset my stomach

Amazing pre-workout! I do my session at 4am and I take this pre, keeps me active for my whole session and give me a lot of energy!! Highly recommend!!

As a preworkout, this works well and the ingredient list appears to be pretty thin and doesn't have a lot of crap which I appreciate. Unfortunately for me it tastes like Lemonade that's only sweet but not sour.Minor nitpick but it's enough to keep me from using it before workouts. If you want some more sourness, add lemon juice which you can buy from the store.

I use the thavage pre-workout 5 days a week and have had a great experience. Beach Bum is my favorite flavor so far as it is very tropical, almost like a pina colado. South Beach Slush I don't recommend solely based on flavor.
