Worst product to be brought from Amazon
Worst product to be brought in Amazon.I am not complaint about the Asus products.They are good,the problem is the retailer who sold the product to Amazon and to me are the worst. The laptop is not even turning on and system is getting heated even though there is no display on screen.So i recommend u guys to buy heavy electronic gadgets from company exclusive or trusted retailer stores.

Great product
So I bought this through Amazon from Appario Retail. You can Google it and see it for yourselves. I was expecting to be defrauded, but luckily I got a working product, and not used. Excluding the amazon package box there are two packages for the laptop. The outer one was having wear and tear, like it has aged pretty much, the inner box and the laptop itself was in great condition. The battery was fully drained and I had to connect it to the wall to boot up for the first time.

Product is faulty
The product is defective. Amazon technician confirmed that the hard disc of the laptop is defective. Amazon agreed to return it, but even after continuous follow-ups, pick-up service did not come to my place and the laptop is not taken back. It is a case of cheating and Amazon is equally responsible

Used and defective product
Seller has provided a used product which is also defective. The laptop starts only when the charger is plugged. The laptop shows that the battery is 100% charged but as soon a I remove the charger, it shuts down. Please provide a replacement.

Faulty model
The media could not be loaded. I saw the four previous reviews and still took a gamble, alas I lost. My model might have had a ram dislodged or motherboard issue cause no fans were spinning. Amazon should really do open box deliveries like the competition and close off such sellers who have degraded products. For anyone else thinking of buying this gamble especially hostel students, this comes with a 16A plug so make sure you have the big socket or buy the smaller 10A plug cable from a reputed brand, the adapter has flat pins for wall plug as can be seen in the image. Amazing laptop soiled by negligent seller. Even the seal packed laptop has smudges inside
