An absolute must after opening your iphone
This is an essential item to use when replacing the battery or screen on your iPhone as you'll lose water and dust protection unless you replace the seal. The 2-part tear-away feature made it easy, just line up the holes, peel the first layer away, stick it to the edges and peel the second layer, and you're done.

iPhone died as soon as it got wet
This seal is not as good as the OEM seal, so be careful with your phone around water. It is probably better than not having one at all, but my 11 pro max died minutes after it was accidentally exposed to water. So unless you want to upgrade to the 14 pro max prematurely, do not place too much faith in this seal.
