Boards and Bites is a must have book! The pictures are beautiful and the instructions are clear. This book inspires the inner chef in all of us. When I read through this book, it makes me want to entertain and highlight some of these amazing recipes. Melissa Francis has a real gift for bringing delicious, creative charcuterie to any home. This is also an amazing present for any housewarming party!!

This is a MUST have in your house! Not only is is it the perfect coffee table book, but it’s also full of fantastic recipes that are complete with great information on color and presentation! My boards are the envy of all of my friends. Do yourself a favor and BUY IT.

This book was beautifully written with easy to follow recipes. It has different recipes for all sorts of events you’re looking to host. I loved the photos of the beautiful arrangements. Can’t wait to use these recipes the next time I host. 10/10 recommend this book!

The author goes through the steps of how to plan for a successful charcuterie board, from prepping to grocery shopping and when to prepare items. She provides you with tips for success. These tips include a color contrast wheel and what foods provide those contrasts. The book includes various recipes and a step-by-step on how to dry citrus for platters. The author also helps you understand herbs and their flavors and flowers that are safe for consumption. Then gives ideas on how to use them for garnishing a platter.This is a great book for preparing and putting a charcuterie board together for any party and any size. With the author's helpful serving size chart, tips, and guidance anyone can be successful.

Boards and Bites elevates your skills to the next level. I can't believe that the few items I have made were so simple to execute and turned out exactly like the pictures! There are ideas for the most amazingly inspirational boards for all occasions. In the past week since I have gotten this book I have dehydrated oranges and lemons, roasted garlic and made a grilled veggie board for a holiday party- all firsts for me! Looking forward to making the s'mores board next! This book is easy to follow and clearly laid out for the beginner host or those looking to level up their skills. Highly recommend !

I have been a fan of the Board & Bites creator for some time. Her social media content is fabulous! Not only does she make beautiful charcuterie boards, the easy to follow recipes and photos will definitely come in handy when we are entertaining. The book is so beautiful and colorful it is a show piece in our kitchen! Definitely 5 stars.

5 stars all the way for this book! It might be small, but it sure is mighty. It’s jam packed with great recipes and tablescape ideas for all occasions. I’ve been following along on this journey through Instagram and jumped on this book the minute I heard she was releasing one! This is a perfect book for those getting into charcuterie boards or makes a perfect hostess gift.
