Defective or poor design
The grease comes out from under the outer o-ring. No grease goes into the groove between the o-rings, therefore, no grease goes into the area were the bearing is.

Tool sucks holes in wrong place
Try to use and grease kept coming out the wrong way and was not going into bearing tryed to fix. Also got stuck in the bearing had to force it out and broke the bearing. Do not use this product.

Broke the first wheel I tried to grease.

Grease hole too small
Bought this for my x3, fit as described but the grease hole for the barring is tiny, only lubed half the barring. Also the adapter got stuck in the hub. Spend some money and get a decent one.
