This is a perfect replacement for the gear on the Volvo C30 sunroof motor, exact same specifications. However you need to realise that the gear isn’t supposed to come away from the motor. It’s a fixed part, so when the old one broke away you simply can’t slide / click / tap the new one on.I ended up grinding the tip of the shaft down to allow the new gear to slide on and then fixing it in place with liquid metal glue.If you have the tools and time to do this then it’s exactly what you need to make the repair, alternatively might be worth trying to find a cheap second hand motor with the gear still attached.

I installed it the same day it arrived, and am currently very impressed with it. I've not used it much so cannot tell how long the component will last but so far, all good.The installation process wasn't all that easy but that's because this component is usually attached to the entire drive motor unit, so having the ability to replace just this component was a god send and saved quite a bit of money. if anyone wants to do the component replacement themselves, I would highly recommend searching for a vid on the steps.By the way, if you're wondering, this does fit the Porsche Cayenne 92A (mine) & I'm sure the related Panamera.
