Working as expected. Note this os a small unit, works well for master bedroom/bath to remove excess moisture.We Especially like the “night” feature that turns off the lights & lowers the sound of the fan but is still working to purify &?remove moisture. We are in Florida so always moisture but needed some help after a leak was repaired.First unit came in and appeared to work but did not accumulate moisture in tank. Contacted customer service & they had a new unit to me next day and a return authorization to return the 1st unit. Very happy with unit and customer service response.

The dehumidifying feature stopped after 3 months. Now, when on it's just making some noise, but does not collect any humidity, and the water collecting tank has been empty ever since.

The dehumidifier was tested for 3 days bringing the humidity to 69% with outside humidity at 75%. Inside temperature is set at 69f with an outside temperature ranging from 55f to 78f. The unit has removed 8 ounces of water from the air during the 3 days. I would not recommend for an RV (400 sq ft).

I used it in my basement and it worked perfectly!

Everything about this is perfect….EXCEPT the lights! I see no way to turn them off and they literally light up the bedroom like a spaceship!

Small living room

Received broken, won’t turn on. Glad it broke right away so I could return it instead of it breaking 3 months down the road and was just out that money.Buyer beware, you get what you pay for.

I purchased this dehumidfier because I have a valuable magazine collection stored in the basement and I wanted to see if I could make the area dryer. I chose this particular unit mostly for the digital display which is nice and vivid and for the remote control which is handy. One of the functions on the remote is sleep which turns off the lights and digital display. This is much like making your computer or phone sleep. I learned that the motor sound changes in this mode and appears to use less power. Since I don't monitor it continually I put it in sleep mode and which is not supposed to alter the dehumidifying function. It also has a timer function and humidity function where you set the level of humidity you want and it is supposed to shut off when it reaches that. For the first few minutes of use I found it reads both room temperature and humidity a few degrees higher than a small battery powered hygrometer I have a few feet away from it. I don't like that it has a very short power cord but it was long enough to put in the place I wanted. If the humidity level doesn't change or collect any water in 30 days I will return it. Took about a week to collect any water. Went 10 days before emptying. Stayed mostly at 51% and would not go lower at 70 degrees. May need a warmer temperature to work more effectively.
