I regret buying this. Newbie mistake. I do not think it was worth the money. Buying from China is always a risk because returns are difficult. The plate is okay but the extra bits are a bit weak and seem mostly gimmicks for a picture. They make using the whole thing as an insert more difficult because they protrude either underneath or to the side. I'll likely just remove them completely and maybe use the plate on its own, though with unnecessary holes and tracks. Or I'll just ditch the whole thing completely.

The company responded well to my complaint and quickly reimbursed me for the inconvenience. The. Product is well made but does not fit "any router" due to its size as and lack of fixing holes.

Okay, anyone looking at this, knows exactly what it is for. However, it does come into its own when combined with a split work bench, because it becomes a versatile mobile system that can be used for big or small jobs. The only issue, is fixing plate to any recessed part of wooden table you create. (Though not the end of the world.)
