Pros:-Cheap upgrade from a factory radio that has no usb, Bluetooth, or aux in.-Buttons and knobs have a good feel-Image quality good (no dead pixels)And that's about all I liked about the radio... Now for the cons:-under developed software (feels like I'm on Windows 97)-Random sound pops (I checked my connections. Nothing loose.) These might blow a speaker.-GPS poi by name is very limited. Couldn't even find a Costco.-Radio will randomly reset and I'll have to set the date and time again.-No way to change from 24 hour format-No insulation instructions. (had to research everything on the internet)-Can't select a gps voice that reads the street names.-Users manual spent a third talking about the games on the unit.-No real tech support other than Amazons-Navigation is a joke. I just use waze.All and all in disappointed with this radio. I know you get what you pay for but the face that a 10 year old iPod has better performance than this unit is just sad.Final thought, don't get this head unit. Go for and android os unit with all the features you want. I'll be returning this unit and get a better one.

Installed in 09 VW CC. Some directions would have been nice. I dont know If I received a returned radio but the box was banged up.A 10 min project turned into an hour. The 24 hour clock function is annoying. The FM reception is terrible. But I give it 4 starts for the price and function. The sound is nice. The display works nice and crisp. And the steering wheel and back up functions from the original unit work as well. And it fits in the dash perfectly. I may just have to buy a FM antenna amplifier. I hope this review helps.

So I purchased this radio recently and once it was installed I, like many other reviewers, was having an issue with the radio always being on. I've come to say that 1. I fixed this problem for it to only turn on when the key is in the ignition and accessory is on. Once the key is removed, it turns off and 2. Think this is a great unit with a BUNCH of options for a fraction of the price of other radios like it.Before plugging in the harness, locate the RED power wire (next to the orange one) and remove it from the harness. I used a needlenose pliers and pulled it out then taped it so as not to short anything, just in case. That red wire causes the radio to be constantly hooked up to 12 volts. This will drain your battery and shorten the life of the radio (even when you turn it off). The orange wire, however, is hooked up to accessory power. That's all you need to do. Continue installation as normal and enjoy your new radio. (For reference I have a 2010 Jetta MK5)

Very Good Quality, fits perfectly good in my MK5. No problem hooking it up all the hard ware for it was in the box. The customer service is amazing. The Rear view camera was pretty straight forward on how to install it, thansk to the picture instructions they send you via Email. I'm still trying to mess with the settings and features it comes with. The navigation is excellent, alot better system then I expected as far as the Navigation goes. I'll be traveling to Mexico this Summer (in July) so I I'll post up a follow up review for the whole unit, Specially the Navigation System.

The installation is straightforward and simple if you have a little experience or can watch one of the many YouTubes on the subject. The video player looks and sounds good and the music plays via radio and bluetooth fine. It's the talking via the bluetooth through my phone that is garbage. In FL we have a hands-free law and I find the people on the other end complaining of "road-noise" or "wind" when I'm stopped at a light with the windows closed and AC barely blowing. I've tried it with both the included mic which is mounted at the A pillar and with the built-in one and have the same issues with callers hearing a lot of noise. I'd suggest if call quality is important to you, to seek another unit.

Absolutely ruined my battery and the screen cracked, total waste of money. Be smart and pay more for a better quality product. UPDATE support staff is helpful I am being sent a new power cable and screen. Upon testing I will update further and adjust rating accordingly. UPDATE received new screen and cable with directions on what wire to cut to avoid draining the battery. Customer support was too notch!! Will post 5 stars if the battery is good to go in a month.

This stereo is just what I was looking for to upgrade the stock stereo on my 2008 VW Jetta. It makes the car look and feel more modern with the OEM look and functionality. The materials and touchscreen feel of good quality and are well built by the feel. I just wish the power and and adjusting button knobs felt softer just like the VW stereo and the rest of the buttons on this unit but it's not a deal breaker. I am use to it now and do not think much of it anymore. Overall, I am very happy with this unit and I only regret not purchasing this sooner.Also, the tech support was super helpful and prompt to respond!

I love this thing. The only downfall is it does not turn off with the car, so I turn it off and on manually. I think it has more to do with the wiring than the stereo itself. I am going to play with it some more and see if I can get it wired right. So far A++++ I mean it is a knock-off after all.. and you're getting a killer price, you really can't expect perfection...
