Zipper has always been an issue. Today it broke for good. It's only 8 months old.

My ratings are suspect; I've had it for a day or so, and have barely used it, but I did try sticking stuff in it and getting a feel for it. After 2023-05-4, I expect to have more information and certainty of my conclusions to add.It seems functional and serviceable. The size is great for my purposes, which include being able to stick two 10" cylindrical glass water bottles into it with plenty of room for ice packs and some additional items.The dog tag style bottle opener is excellent. The stitching seems decent, but not industrial-strength. The material feels like it should stand up to typical use, including road trips and #MondayIsGunDay range days. There's no good place to hook the carabiner for the bottle opener. I tried hooking it on the MOLLE attachments as shown in the product image, but doing so caused the piece of spring for the clip to pop out, so the carabiner broke immediately.I didn't buy it for the carabiner, but this does not seem to bode well.

In my work, I'm very tough on lunch boxes. I've used them until they are on there last leg. I don't expect to retire this one though. I really love the bottle holders. I use one for my protein shake, and the other for my coffee. Usually when I walk out the door, my hands are full of bags, paperwork, keys, coffee, and my protein shake. I often spill coffee or protein shake liquid on something, and I have the stains to prove it. I did not buy this lunch box to carry my drinks, this is just a bonus. The first day I noticed how cool everything was staying, and was very impressed. What impressed me the most was, last week I accidently left it at work in the shop. I was upset that I didn't have my cups holder but put my lunch in a bag. When I arrived at work, I found my box and I could not believe that it was still cool inside, unbelievable! So this lunch box, not only looks great...it's very durable, stays real cool, and it holds 2 bottles of your favorite beverages on the exterior. Now how can you beat that?

Has a shoulder strap as stated, velcro if you want to put a patch on it, some elastic loop types for attaching it to a backpack and even a separate bonus bottle cozy type thing inside! I didnt expect it.Overall, a good sized lunchkit. I've actually managed to trap warmer air in it accidentally and I spend an hour walking to work in the cold. WHen i opened it from the fridge at lunch, stuff was about slightly over room temperature lol.Normally that'd be a bad thing but it goes to show you that even being in the fridge for 4 hours and sealed, it kept the interior at the temperature it was (or near to it) when it was zipped closed.I recommend leaving it slightly unzipped if placing in fridge from room temperature for this reason.Cant say much else, it keeps it cold or warm depending on what you're aiming for. Definitely worth the money spent.

This showed up in about 2 days 👍. It’s smaller than I thought it would be, but the quality of the outside and zippers seem good. The inner liner seems a bit puffy and I believe it will be what’s first to go on this bag.
