See original review belowThis product was clearly faulty but it was too much trouble to return after so long. However, after my review the supplier (Koovnet, not Amazon) contacted me to offer a full refund, which I have now received. My 5 star rating is for the company and its customer service attitude. If only all companies were like this. I would certainly buy from them again.Original reviewI bought a pack of four about 12 months and have only just installed two of them, fitting them to some new lamps. They have been in use for about a week and both of them failed within a day of each other. I've never had any LED bulb fail and estimate these lasted about 10 hours! Destined for the recycling.
