I bought two of this mat. One for use in the kitchen and one for my standing desk in office. The mat is very soft and exactly what I needed. Now i understand why my doctor always recommend me to get one of this in front of my office desk. I don't wear shoes with it and if you wear heels you won't be comfortable standing with them on. before using it, hours of standing will make my calf become swollen. much relax after using this mat.Great item. Very nice looking too. It even comes with a case which makes it much easier and clean to pack it up.

My kitchen rug (runner) was frayed from washing and needed to be replaced. I decided to give this mat a try, rather than another rug. I've used the mat week and am very happy with my decision. I do miss the fuzzy softness of a rug, but this mat is very comfortable to stand on while cooking for periods of time and very easy to clean - just sweep off and/or wipe with mop or damp cloth. The seams around the edges seem to be very well made with no indication that there's any danger of them breaking open anytime soon. The mat flattened out quickly after unrolling it out of the box, and there have been no problems tripping over it. The mat is in our kitchen, in a highly-trafficked area so that we walk over it anytime we are coming or going from the car in the garage. Shoe/foot prints leave an indentation initially, but do not last long in the soft, pliable, surface of the mat. However, I do tend to find myself walking to the side of it when I am wearing particularly narrow high heels. That, and sharp knives tend to make me a bit cautious, since it cannot be repaired if torn. All in all, it just seems to be more practical and cleaner than a rug for the kitchen area since spills do not soak in and can be wiped up easily and crumbs.

I love the feel of this on my feet and it looks great. I wish it was a bit more tackier in the back as it moves just a bit.

Amazing mat.This is a great basic anti-fatigue mat.It's a nice thickness,and it doesn't slip on my wooden floors,I bought this for my mother who took upa hobby that requires her to be on her feet for long periods of time.She was complaining about ankle and knee pain.Thanks to this wonderful mat,the pain is gone.I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Love this mat.When I stand at the kitchen counter doing dishes , shift back and for trying to get comfortable. I bought this mat so I would not have to wear shoes in the kitchen to be comfortable on the hard floor. In fact I plan on buying another one, So I do not have to drag it between the sink and counter top

I use the mat in front of bathroom sink. I purchased it in the hope of obtaining relief to knee pain which is heightened when standing for long period of time on tile/concrete slab. Relief obtained.
