A Necessity for Cheesemaking with Store Bought Milk
Making cheese at home with store bought milk was only possible using this product. Without it, the curd production was weak. A noticeable difference using this product. Would definitely buy again.

You can use this to make vegan cheese as well
I'm a newby at this. Just tried once but it worked. What i like about this product is that you can make vegan cheese (like from chickpea) and have the consistency similar to cheese by applying this product. I also used on my first homemade ice cream and cheese cake. I think it's a winner.

i did add to yogurt it is great
i add it to yogurt in instant pot it is made great yogurt no water at all.Yogurt was look like strained yogurt after a few drop of thisthanks
