Aivituvin Rabbit Hutch Indoor Bunny Cage Wooden Guinea Pig House with Wire Floor, Wheels, Leak-Proof Tray 35in

I got this for my Guinea pig because I wanted a cage that wasn’t on the ground. ( that’s what he had prior). This cage is really nice and smells really good like wood when you first get it. Putting it together was easy, I have had a few issues with one side when I try to move it around. It seems to disconnect and it’s on the part where I don’t have access to tighten a screw. It really makes it hard because the bottom tray gets uneven and I have to go through a whole process to fix it. But if you get one that doesn’t have the same issue as mine then I think you will love it.

It’s a nice house, but I wish the corners were sealed. My girl potties in one corner and the pee slips out. Idk if they make them sealed. Overall it was a good find.

My bunny love this hutch so much he eats it because the wood is soft enough for him to…. That’s my main complaint, it’s not as sturdy as I would like but it works & the wood is too soft for a teething baby bunny… But overall my bunny likes the space and that’s all that matters til upgrade time… it’s easy enough to clean with the sliding tray. You will definitely need two people to assemble it.

They're quite a few things to understand about this Hutch.Pros: we live in an apartment and it doesn't take up too much space and seems to be pretty roomy with options for the rabbit. And since my rabbit likes to watch TV for some weird reason the loft is perfect.Assembly went perfectly fine and frankly super easy. Make sure you use a hand screwdriver and not a drill as you may damage /split the wood. Bottom tray is great for easy cleaning for most animals but having a rabbit that piles poop in certain spots will make you have to remove the bottom great just to access the waste instead of pulling out the bottom tray.. Luckily it's very easy to pull them out and clean them as well.CONS: The wood used for this product is very light, weak and take screws like a hot knife through butter. Which leads to stability issues. I reinforced the construction with Gorilla Wood Glue. If I hadn't this thing probably would have been even more unstable.As we all know rabbits likes to chew on wood it is super easy for them to choose the paneling that holds the cage together. Do not recommend this for a rabbit.Locks and clasps better to be attached to the wood are super cheap and my rabbit was able to pull it right out of the wood and escape the side panel. The locking mechanisms for the side panel are hollow metal in easily bent. I would recommend the manufacturer using full metal locking mechanisms as well as a better wood.As for the bunnies little hidden area fracture should consider not making it completely enclosed is the rabbit or any animal you get would like to use it as a personal bathroom. There is an opportunity missed to put the graeting to allow the waste to drop through. So for example not rabbit choose to pee in the corners inside this closed in area and it ran down the legs of the cage onto the floor.Speaking of which if you can put a rabbit in this definitely get urine guards and a litter box. They pee and they pee alot!!!Also rolled the cage on the floor after i constructed it, splitting the leg mount for it one of the wheels. (Wheel was not locked and it post was fully seated into the pre drilled hole.) The wood is just that weak for this type of use.

This cage is really good size for my dwarf rabbit!! The Wood did have a couple splits when it arrived. It was decently easy to assemble but since it did not have predrilled holes it was definitely a wrist workout. Didn’t come with any of the latches on so you have to be good at putting them even. The toy it comes with is a heavy wood and I haven’t found out if she likes it yet. Overall a good cage for starters and small animals

My husband had to rescrew parts that came assembled and the wood is already chipping putting it together. It smells like the type of wood small animals chew on so I have a feeling our Guinea pig is going to chew this new home up

This product looks good and is easy to put together even without power drill. Not hard to clean. The material of wood is weaker than the average chew block for what ever animal your are housing in it. Our bunny went straight to wanting to chew the pegs on the little ramp and doesnt chew very often on the toys themselfs. Not a very sturdy product at all but it gets the job done for smaller rodent like animals. Anything large would shake the heck out of the hutch just moving around in it because of how light and week the wood is. Couldnt imagine this product making it very long honestly.

Customer service is great.I have two Guinea pigs and this cage is the perfect size for them. They share the hideout and it fits their two snuggle beds. The upstairs is used for hay and food and treats. The included hay feeder works fine for me. The ramp is great and they used it the first day they came. Plenty of room for a large water bottle , hanging toys, and towels, carefresh bedding, etc…The only problems I had was that the removable wire gate is easy to chew on and the sides break and they starting chewing it but it can be removable or diy fixed and the piggies would still be happy. Also the removable drawer is very handy but be careful with clean up because the poop falls out as you open the drawer and it’s not as simple as it may look but still again very handy !Overall love love this cage and if it doesn’t stand the rest of time I would still order another from this company to keep my piggies stylish and happy.
