Very pathetic response from Croma. Nobody came for installation of the device. They came after 2 weeks when I complained that my geyser is not operating.. On call they assured me that for major issue they will replace the geyser,but when engineer came he opened the geyser n repaired it for an hour. After 15 days again same problem started. I have been Complaining in Croma for last 10 days but nobody came, and after every 1-2 days i keep getting msg that my complaint has been closedHad there been zero star I would have given it to this product.. I just purchased it coz it was a tata product

I have been using the product for months now. The design, functions and installation are all top-notch. Just a reminder that it is 3-L geyser so if you choose to use it for bath, then you need to keep the water run slow so that it can heat it better. Don't think it will work for showers and would prefer you got for bigger size that 3L. But does well for baths and low water speed.

I am using Venus instant for the past 5 years, which is very good. You will get the instant heat water within 5 seconds.. This one will take 15 to 20 sec....Also the continuous flow of the heat water is bad compare to other heaters.. Any way its good for 2 to 3 members family.

Heats water instantly, Very easy to install does not over heat, very good looking improves the overall look of your bathroom.

1) product is defective and not switching ON.2) upon initiating return, first was failed the pick up representative had not even approached . On raising complaint to customer care return was reinitiated. For the second time the pick up representative guy refused to come to door address on over to this had to be followed up asking that a return was scheduled. On raising this again to customer care...no steps were taken and customer care representative had no justification why the return was cancelled twice and never supported back.
