I like this pen because unlike some pocket pens, it is easy to feel in my pocket. The rounder, fuller shape is perfect for that. I threw away the ring/clip. It is too tight, and I don't want it hanging around my neck, I want it in my pocket. It is very comfortable for writing. I do not use it for extending writing, just because for that I have bigger, longer pens. For my needs, a handy, very comfortable, and easy to find by touch, this is it. The mechanics are really classy too. Pull it apart and the tip pops out. It has not opened in my pocket accidentally. So, great pen. It rolls, so careful setting it down. 😀😀 🚂

I have two of the original (discontinued) Cross Ion pen. I use them every day at work. This is very similar. The mechanism to open and close feels the same, ink refill is the same. Even the lanyard clip fits my cross. What's different... its all plastic which isn't a bad thing, I just hope its as durable. The barrell is slightly bigger but it feels very comfortable to write with. I love the compact size fits in my purse perfectly.Same smooth gel ink. Fingers crossed they keep making this pen.

I liked this pen to begin with and thought I could throw in a bag to fill out customs forms etc. The first ink cartridge lasted about 2 legal sheets. I thought it must be a dud and ordered another cartridge for $5. That was the same. I threw the pen away, as it defeats the purpose of having a convenient pen on a plane or in your bag if it is always running out of ink.

Writes smooth and is conveniently found on my lanyard. Has never fallen off and opens with a pull. Was very glad to find these. Used to use the CROSS brand and was 4X the price.

I loved this little pen....purchased it for my lanyard. But, I lost it the first day I wore it. The little black part where the pen clicks into didn't hold it strong enough to wear on my lanyard. It fell off somewhere at work.
