I started in level 1 and used it once or twice the first week after showering and shaving my legs. Then I bumped it up to level 2 and used it a few times a week for a couple weeks. I’m on my second week of level 3 now and have noticed that the hair on my legs is growing back VERY slowly. I am guessing that after another month or so of use and going to a higher level that I’ll be able to maintain with just monthly use! Now that I know this, I will probably start using it on my underarms as well. Pretty pleased with the results, for much less than going somewhere to have laser removal treatments!

This is an easy to use and affordable home device. I have been using it for approximately 8 weeks and have significant reduction in hair growth. I have not experienced any discomfort (outside one time I wasn’t paying attention and hit a tattoo, that was a lesson not to be repeated).Hoping to see further hair reduction over the next 4 weeks before heading to the beach!

Love that I can use this at home for a fraction of the cost at the dermatologist. Easy to use, several settings. Requires a little practice and use the eye protection. Some areas might be more sensitive, so start low and build up the level as you feel more comfortable.

This seems like a well-built product and comes in very nice packaging. I've been using it for a couple of months, and my results are varied. With the finer facial hair around my cheeks, it seems to work great. I am still waiting for better results around the thicker hairs around my lip, chin, and pubic bone area. I use this everywhere. I have olive skin and dark hair. If my results change in the future, I will come back and update this review. The unit itself is easy to use. Started out on level1 and increased to level 5 after a couple of weeks of use. I like the automatic flash feature. Has plenty of flashes for even the heaviest of users.

Excellent product

Got this item because it was on sale and I figured that I could use it for my underarms and chin to slow down my hair growth. Don't know if it is working yet as it is too soon to tell but I will keep using it according to the instructions and see what happens. It beats going to the spa and spending all of your money when you can purchase this and at least try at home for a lot less money.

CS reached out to me and I was provided with a good services and a replacement. I haven’t try the new item. When I do so I will update my review.Not sure if I received a defective item but this is definitely not working as expected. I have to press the bottom 10+ times to finally get the light. I read the instruction book and even found some videos to make sure I’m using the device properly but anything worked. Sometimes with 1 times work but is like one time, then I have to keep pressing the bottom several times to get the red light again. It will take me half of the day to do a section on my leg and definitely doesn’t worth it. Returning it.

I have been using the device every 3-4 days for 2 months on my underarms at full power and the hair is almost completely gone. There are very few strays that still grow even 5+ sessions after the rest has disappeared, but overall the product appears to be effective. It is normally painless but it can heat up easily, so just let it cool down when this occurs. My only other complaint is that the light tends to be inconsistent; sometimes it does not activate even after a few seconds and when the sensor is fully covered. I would purchase this again.
