They are a great idea but they do not stick
They are a great idea and work great to wrap the wire but the adhesive tape does not stick either the clip falls off the appliance or the adhesive tape comes off the clip. I am going to try getting strong two sided tape.

I’ve used about 4 of them and 2 if them keep falling off. I believe the sticky stuff is not the best as it sticks to the item but the actual organizer falls off. So it’s good for certain items but not all, I think they need a tougher glue on the backside of the organizer

Loving it so far
I hate the cords inside the cabinet where I put the appliances that I don't use every day. So I am adding this to everything that has a cord and need to be stored. Looks like the adhesive is strong. I hope it stays in for a long time.Update: couple days later I looked the appliances and most of the plastic cord holders had fallen. The adhesive was still attached to the appliance. I am trying to glue the adhesive to the palstic to see if works now.

Cord wraps
The instructions were clear on the prep for the cord holder installation. Installed the piece per the instructions and then waited over the 24 hours that the instructions required. I installed 2 of these, one on the Kitchenaid mixer stand and one on the Kitchenaid food processor. When I went to use the mixer the adhesive had come off the holder. Not the glue holding the device on the mixer but the glue on the device side.

Not for appliances with thicker cord
Adhesion fair depending upon thickness of cord too small for cord longer than 24 inches
