At first, I was scared of trying this out after reading tons of bad feedback on other people's purchases. Bought it and it's amazing in more than one way. This is when I figured out the reason people left negative feedback.1.) there's no blade, the product work by creating fiction. It's not rocket science to figure out of you keep rubbing the same area, you're going to burn or irritate the skin. The thicker your hair is the more rubbing you need to get rid of that hair = skin burns- You're only suppose to use it on flat areas with thinner hair or as a buff to exfoliate or polish skin that has already been shaved/waxed.- yes, you can exfoliate your butt with it, but not the Hello Kitty or bikini line- don't exceed more than 17 swipes- it works better in an diagonal movement against the hair follicle, rather than up and down movements.If you use it right, not only will you get rid of fine hairs and micro hairs, you'll also get really soft exfoliated skin. I'm using it to also get rid of strawberry pores.

There are two separate sets of directions/recommendations for use of this item. One says it is fine to use in sensitive areas, bikini area/armpits, the other says not to use in these sensitive areas.I went ahead and tried as I bought the thing specifically for my bikini area. Don’t know what I did wrong, since the instructions are so vague. However I was literally bleeding afterwards, this thing does NOT work on the thicker pubic/underarm hair! It says a “painless hair remover” , yea ok!It did work on normal hair like legs but that is not what I wanted it for, horrible product!_

I had doubts about this and well, it's amazing! I tried it on my leg and on my arm. It took all the hair away and my skin is nice and smooth. It helps to lotion up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this!

I assumed this would be something like a pumice stone but instead it's just plastic and left me with something similar to rug burn and removed very little hair.

I have Italian thick and dark body hair with very fair and sensitive skin. After trying this multiple times on my calves and arms, I find it removes the hair unevenly and it is very easy to go too hard trying to remove the thicker hair and give yourself rug burn (OUCH). Perhaps this works better on finer hair, but not my thick body hair.Sugaring + dry brushing gave me far better, longer lasting, and less painful results than this did.
