This worked great. It was easy to use and did a great job cleaning the smoker. Great value.

Not sure what's in this stuff but it works better than several other brands I've purchased in the past. Just spray it on and let it sit for 15 minutes and it takes off even the heaviest baked on food. The Traeger wood pellet smoker racks are better quality than most BBQ racks and that might have something to do with it. But even on the gas BBQ this worked with a little more elbow grease than on the Traeger.

The product works and is a natural product. So you’re not worried about putting a chemical where you lay your food on. Only thing sprayer is flimsy handle. Breaks easy under pressure. But the product is great👍But they need to get better quality sprayer.

Cleans the bbq well.

This stuff WORKS. I use it on my grill, which usually takes some soaking time since I am not friendly to my grates. But then... I use it on my oven. I use it on my stove when I spill grease. I use it on my sink. I use it instead of goo gone. I love that it's nontoxic, and it has the grease fighting power of Dawn without having to be rinsed off in order to be safe to use. I love it!

I used this on my traeger and the buildup literally melted and dripped down the sides before I could even start to scrub. I just sprayed it on, waited a couple of minutes for it to do it's magic and wiped it down with some paper towels. Works great and very little effort.I though that if it worked on baked on grease in a smoker, maybe it would clean the uncleanable burnt on crap on my induction cooktop. I sprayed it on, let it do it's thing and OMG... the stuff just scraped off! 5 years trying to scrape it off with razor blades and scrubbing with barkeepers friend has nothing on this stuff. YMMV but this worked amazingly on my glass cooktop. Going to try it on the grease on the bottom of my pans next!No smell, no residue, no fuss! Awesome product.

I ordered this stuff to clean my grill. You know just like everyone else.I've tried other cleaners and they worked well. But this stuff. I sprayed it directly on my warm<er> grill. I coated it down. Fluffy could white foam appeared before mine eyes. The watery liquid magically turned white, thick and then it oozed. Not a white oooze but started turning black to greasy brown. What was left was a clean pellet grill.Notice I didn't say a thing about wiping. You only have to wipe down the sprayed areas, that part have plenty of blue shop rags and a nitrile glove.This is so far the best cleaner I have used.

Traeger products are normally very good products. However, this liquid product was not properly sealed for shipping, and leaked in the shipping box (see dried stains on box, as well as wet stains). Fortunately the leakage was just wasteful and confined to the box itself without affecting the box's integrity, nor damaging the other products in the box, and bottle was sticky. However, some of the product was obviously wasted, as is evidenced by the "not full" bottle received. Annoying and disappointing as this was a gift.Otherwise, product performed as expected in cleaning our Traeger grill.

Product works great!! But it can be purchased for $20.00 at Home Depot.

Love this product! A little on the expensive side, but works great!
