my toddler is rough on things and stained this almost immediately. no matter how much elbow grease or bleach i used, there was no getting stains out of this.

We were planning a train trip with our three little kids and wanted to make sure our youngest didn’t get lost in the crowd. What I like about this back pack is that you can tether your child to yourself without it feeling like she’s on a leash. It’s super cute and fun and allows your kid to have some independence without the ability to get out of your line of sight. The pack itself is pretty small so can only fit a few diapers, some wipes, and a little snack, but for our trip it was just right.

I really just got this for laughs but my cousin could get lost in a empty room. Its a very tight fit even if we loosen the straps all the way but it just barely fits a football player size 7 ft tall 15 year old so if you're smaller this could definitely work. As for storage it could fit a whole box of juice packs for the boys, so we use our cousin as a personal walking cooler. 9/10 Wish the straps were a little bit longer.

Our son is very independent. He also loves testing his boundaries which can be very scary at zoos or crowded events! So we bought this to help him keep his freedom but offer a safer distance for us. It has worked wonders and he doesn’t mind it near as much as being stuck in a stroller.

it's so cute. It does show dirt easily (white and all) but I like it. I like the double chest straps and my girls think it's cute. My only concern is that the clip for the 'leash' is very cheap. I'm just waiting for it to break when she really pulls hard. But it works well as a quick correction.

My son was a late long distance walker, he was about 2.5 once he was able to walk around like at a store... so by then holding our hands was not something he wanted to do, he fought hard for independence, so by God he was going to use it!So this has been a GREAT compromise & safety feature! He still isn’t “thrilled” to have me hanging on to him, but it’s only been about a week... so I’m hopeful! We’re moving to NYC from a small town, so if he’s going to walk this is a MUST!!I think younger children will have a much easier time getting used to this! My son doesn’t mind the backpack, even loves the design, he just hates when he feels resistance on the leash...I did very in depth research on leash backpacks & wrist straps & this brand, the style (with the two chest clasps - VERY IMPORTANT to me!), & the adorable, but still not too “little kid” design won hands down! I hemmed & hawed over ever single aspect, but after all my research, there was no contest, this was the best choice, hands down!The only thing is that I may change out the leash to one with a more sturdy (metal) clip & I may reinforce the place you clip the leash, but only because I’m a massive over-exaggerator & panicker, & only because at some point I imagine we’ll be using this around the subway, buses & trains, so I want to make sure I can fully stop my child immediately, but that’s also why I really like the double chest buckles & their placement in the straps.If you’re just looking to use this while on vacation just to help keep track of your little one, this backpack & leash is perfect!! It would definitely not need any reinforcements at all!

This backpack is perfect for my two year old. It’s comfortable for him. You can’t put a lot in it (it’s a little bigger than my hand) but why would you if your toddle will be carrying it. We haven’t had it for too long so I don’t know how durable it’ll be but so far it’s great!

This is a we'll constructed and light weight harness. I wanted something that had some storage capacity for my daughter to carry her own books. However the board books are super weighty and I can easily fit 8 books 10pg in the large pocket.... About 5lbs. So just watch how much weight it has, it can easily become too much, but it's perfect for 2-3 books, a teether, some cheese sticks, small stuffed animal, and a small fidget toy.I also really love the double chest clip! They are both sturdy and stronger than my 18M can undoo, but I like buckling one clip and she LOVES to buckle the other on her own.My only real critique is the "leash" attaches at the bottom of the pack, which sends her weight forward for a solid face plant if she takes off. It's easily fixed by attaching the leash to the loop at the top, this will ensure she falls safely backwards on her bottom or on the backpack itself (depending on how fast she was running).Overall I highly recommend this for both teaching independence and keeping track of your toys, as well as for a safety harness when you're 7M pregnant, and traveling alone with a toddler in busy airports.
