Absolutely beautiful and destined to become an heirloom decoration. Very well packaged and arrived in its own special box with a tag describing pygmy owls.

This owl is beautiful but, sadly too large for my smaller tree. I requested a return and refund and they responded positively immediately. Although I was unable to use their owl, I would not hesitate purchasing anything from this company.
